If you`re looking for training guidance, support and structure for your dog, this is the program for you. It's like doing a one on one session with a trainer online!
Here's how it works:
Each week Kris will send you a set program which includes up to 3 new commands/cues/behaviours for you to complete with your dog. These emails will consist of detailed instructions and/or video's that describe exactly how to complete the behaviour step-by-step.
If you run into any problems or have any questions, don't worry!
You can contact Kris via email at any time in-between programs with even the smallest concerns. Her response time is always within 12 hours, usually much less depending on whether she must follow up with a demo video or just text.

Can we converse over the phone?
Yes, however it is much more difficult to explain a program with just verbalization. Many programs require me to send video's/photo's explaining step by step.
I don't think I can commit to a specific time each week, is that okay?
Of course! The beauty of this program is it allows flexibility that you can't get with classes, if each week doesn't work we can always do a week and a half or 8-9 days. Just remember the longer in-between programs, the longer it will take for your dog to complete.
How well can a dog learn without a trainer physically here?
It all depends on your capabilities. When you goto any classes or one-on-one training, the trainer will show you exactly how to do the behaviour with your dog and then have you do it. You, the owner, will be the dog's primary trainer during the week so there is sometimes no need for the trainer to be physically there, the video's will show you exactly what to do.
What are the benefits of a online program compared to reading a book?
The personal one-on-one time you get conversing with the trainer and a structured program each week that set the dog and owner up to succeed. When purchasing a online program you have a trainer just a few clicks away if you run into a problem, because we all know every dog is different and they all run into different problems.

Please noteaggressive behaviours are not solved through either of these online programs, many aggression cases can not be fixed over the internet - you must find a local behaviour consultant or behaviourist.
